A women’s love.
Beneath the sky of the endless blue,
Lived a girl who dreamed to flew
Somewhere far beyond the clouds could see or waivers could reach,
Her desire backed her ray of hope,
And her optimistic breach.
Some thought of her as naughty and some as curious,
Her smile lit up the room and her eyes shined in the sun,
But as the night approached there was a dim in the fun.
She met a boy in school who showed her the ways of life,
Their little conversations struck till midnight,
She mixed her emotions with what he called friendship,
Those were the moments she ment to keep.
Everyday they got to know each other better,
No one noticed until they started to write letters.
It was no old school love for both or even a fairytale,
But she knew this wasn’t something that she wanted to fail.
She never understood his true intention,
Those weren’t of harm or desire,
All he needed was someone by his side,
And her reality was ripped away like the tide.
What was her fault to want his love,
Something that isn’t held or free like a dove.
His hugs gave her sense of home,
And he became her center of epitome.
She couldn’t tell him her true feelings,
And wanted him to somehow know.
Him being clueless and just creating memories,
And her cherishing like it is something that she has to own.
They say it’s better no love then being loved by none,
Then why does it hurt a bad case of hit and run,
There was no court she could talk about this hurt,
There was no one to listen to when she was in the dirt.
She saw him as her saviour,
And she got more hurt when she found out he wouldn’t be in Xavier’s.
Somewhere there was a relief that she didn’t need to see him,
But now he became her habit; something she was really keen.
Her spark was lost and her smile got shunned,
Her fears were dark and her body was numb,
There were no single drop for the pain,
All of the medicines were a bit of a vain.
And that is when I realised that I was that women,
A women in love is not different then the men..
Both have the fair share of heart breaks,
She was ready to move on and do what ever it takes.
Still in the lonely nights she calls his name,
Praying and wishing that all of this would stop her pain.
Now the time has passed and she is a new person,
But she still things that she is a burden.
Some scars may take time to heal
But it’s high time that she learns to deal.
All the baggage and all the sorrows,
Are better left behind to face tomorrow
